something kind of like this happened to me but i didnt use god mode or anything like that. i was playing this on the xbox with bots and francis startled the witch she got up and started chasing after him but i guess she got bored because i guess she couldnt catch him or something and ran away just like this without doing any damage to anyone..........then she commited suicide and ran off a cliff O_o

There's a glitch where you stun her with an explosion and repeatedly melee her. Quite fun to push her around.

There is also, what I think would be, a glitch in L4D2 that when you startle a witch and get head-humped by a Jockey, you don't get incapped until the Jockey is off you o_O

I've noticed this quite a bit and I'm cool with it :D

you can also glitch witches so that they would shovel the ground like crazy

i tried it (god mode) and spawn one witch she attacked me and i removed the god mode when i was on the ground and waited for the witch to attack again, i was in god mode again and typed on the console "give health" so i risen and there you go the witch is shoveling on the ground like crazy

Honestly, if you listen to the bit when the witch claws at the survivor, it sounds like the survivor is crapping herself (a squelching noise like some cartoon)

It probally ran off because she couldn't do any damage to you. The extra blood is a bit odd tho.

Well, I know that's her normal behavior when she managed to kill someone off. Probably to not totally own whole team of newbies in the game who meet the witch the first time. :)

But then the game assumes that the witch incapitates you in one hit normally, so I'm not surprised over this.

when the witch finds out she can't reach you, can't kill you or if you are a bit far away, she just leaves like she killed you.
