Hi, I was wondering, what is that cake looking food at 1:09?

It was Korean apple and pear upside down cake. Everyone at the meetup seemed to love it.

The cake is a lemon recipe. Let me know if you would like it. It is quite easy to make, but requires a cast iron skillet.
