@OtakuFreak08 definitly worth the time, trust me, when I saw this anime on CN I was like wtf is that, too weird, and I hated it, after that, friends told me it was cool, so I gave it a try, and I didn't like it, but they kept telling me to watch it, and by chapter 3, I just coudn't stop watching. If you ask, what's the difference? I honestly coudn't tell you in words, it just is different how it attacks different matters, I've watched Naruto and Bleach, and it is different. just give it a try.

@OtakuFreak08 The reason I think One Piece is so good is because of it's originality :D What other anime has pirates and devil fruits? The characters are loveable and you can see how much they have developed since the start. As Leomidori said the plot is about fulfilling your dreams, but it's the journey to get to that achievement that is so wonderful :D

I think it's because alot of the characters are really likable, and there is a clear definition between the forces of good and evil, even though there are some grey areas at times.

One Piece, at it's heart, is about furfilling your dreams no matter what dirtbags try to stand in your way, and doing it with friends that you know you can count on.

I meant, what makes the characters here, and the "fulfilling your dreams" different from another fellow Shonen Jump series, like, say Naruto.

One Piece is good because it's a simple shounen. Naruto and Bleach and One Piece all started out similarly in tone, but One Piece is the only one that didn't go down the road of darkness and teenage angst-- it has kept things fresh, very creative and FUN. Not to say it doesn't have it's serious moments-- it does-- but at its heart One Piece knows its just an adventure manga about kicking ass and protecting your friends, and it does that really well.
