LOL at all of you, the reason why you can't play mirror mode is because Nintendo made The North American version where you can't play mirror mode, You can only play mirror mode if you live in UK....That is very gay. I know. LOL

Mirror Modes only on the Pal (UK) Version of this game,anybody in the US trying to unlock this mode is wasting they're time,The hidden mansion in the US is basicly the same as the regular mansion,but with fonly one change as far as I can see,The Poltergusts power is increased

@kennethmazda theres only a gamecube and 3ds version and thats the PAL version he's playing the PAL version is relesed in Australia and Yearuop(sorry I never seen the word)

when you complete the game you should get like a green box witha number (1) completed it 1 time when you start the game again the professer will ask you do you want to go to the normal mansion or the "hidden mansion"

im not to sure if it works for everyones game im in england so it works for me

@RetardedSpazMonkey the mirror version is only the british version i myself have it as im british but the other versions of the second mansion is u have less hit points the british version has a couple of changes here are the ones i Know its darker there is more money the boolosses fight you ride the vacume you take more damage the boos are faster and its mirrored i think there are more but these are the only ones i know

Why is it we Americans get jacked in terms of game content. The expert mode in the NSTC version of the game is terrible. It is exactly the same as the regular game there are only a few differences

1. Enemies and traps do double damage

2. Less hearts. Searching furniture usually results in either small hearts or Poison Shrooms

3. Poltergust 3000 has twice the suction power

That is about it. Otherwise it is the same. Now I have to get an import of the PAL version. Damn.

@powdrpunkgrrl its called Mirror mansion mode and every luigi's mansion has it you need to complete the game once then load up the save file (in otehr words complete it watch the credits get whatever rank (A-E)

then after load up the game on the completed save file the old git will talk to you and say "where do you wana go mirror or non normal" then mirror BAM

the entire game is mirrored its not backwards in a way so left is right right is left... 2 games are different though
