I just want to apologize for the dislikes and negative comments. I'm the one who posted it to the WoW forums, and there are some really stupid kids who play that game, who have no idea about serious issues like this. I also wanted you to know that over 30 people messaged me saying that they were ready to quit it all when they saw the video and message I posted. You're helping a lot of people, and you should be proud of this. I hope you're not offended by what some jerks said.

I'm a grown man and this simple message, this simple ideal brought me to tears in front of another person. Something I've never done. Thank you. I have lost 3 friends to suicide and not a day goes by where I don't remember them. And they have been 12 years, 6 years and 5 months respectively. I miss them very much. As far as the people disliking/what not they don't understand what its like to lose someone like that. I wouldn't wish that feeling on even my worst enemies. Pray you never do learn.

"copious amounts of pain" i don't think people realize the SHEER amount of luck they have for just being born, let alone being born into a first world country. we all like to feel sorry for ourselves, and theres a colossal gorge between wanting to kill yourself for attention and wanting to end any emotional pain... wanting ending emotional pain would be natural selection at work... don't be stupid like your friends were....

I must say. everybody have been at least 1 time at the edge of suicide, some earlier, some later I was on the edge, I know people who have been and crosed it thats just.. But thiking about everything.. life is not as shitty as we may think or feel... It´s beautiful enough to fight for it, theres people still out there that actually have an heart, a good one.. My fiancee has talked about suicide and even talked about it while taking a bath. She thought nobody would miss her and I lifted her head up and told her that her family, friends, and I would. I have not felt a shock of emotion like that in a long time. Anyways, I think everyone has had feelings of committing suicide just most keep it in to avoid being called crazy.

While I can understand how desperate loneliness can make you. I always have to think. There are people out there with far worse problems than my own, or yours, that are trudging through a miserable existence yet are still thankful to be alive. Suicide is a purely selfish act. I cannot bring myself to feel sympathy for those that do it or attempt it, only those that are affected by it.

My fiancee has talked about suicide and even talked about it while taking a bath. She thought nobody would miss her and I lifted her head up and told her that her family, friends, and I would. I have not felt a shock of emotion like that in a long time. Anyways, I think everyone has had feelings of committing suicide just most keep it in to avoid being called crazy.

When I get those dark thoughts I just tell myself I can't be that selfish, there would be too many people who would miss me. I know it sounds a little narcissistic but that little thought gets me through every time.

Took me many long years to get pieced back together but it still hurts so.... more than 30 years later. BTW please smile some, You are a beautiful person. Here is something that helped me

Suicidal thoughts are complicated, its great you had a friend to talk to but many feel as they have absolutely no friends to talk to, so who are they suppose to go to? And lets be honest nobody really want us to call a hotline to talk to a random person. Ive talked myself out of it a few timesI know what goes through my head at least -sometimes it really does depend on the effort of another personSaying that there are loved ones who will miss you is not enough especially when you feel there isnt

I've only had one friend commit suicide and it pains me everyday that she didn't come to me for help, I hope things go better for you because I have experienced the same pain, it takes a toll on the heart, and that's something no one should have to live with.
