I doubt very, very seriously that would ever happen.

#1 Gates McFadden is married.,

#2 Both are likely to not be comfortable with the age gap,

#3 The fact that they played mother and son would probably be too uncomfortable.

Cirroc Lofton, who played Jake Sisko on DS9, said growing up on the show, he felt like Avery Brooks was a second father. So sometimes those roles aren't just roles that are forgotten at the end of the day.

@rmathew2 The one they're talking about was from ssn 1 when he and Dr Crusher fell down a hole into the control room of the weapon. The one Patrick is talking about is Chain of Command. It was only Picard and Crusher in Arsenal of Freedom, and he mentioned Michael Dorn. Plus, there was a tunnel in the scene Patrick was talking about, which was also in Chain of Command.
