The victim Oscar Grant was in handcuffs on the floor complying with the officers orders and pleading for the officer not to shoot. the officer than pulled out his pistol surveyed it for several seconds and shot into Oscar Gran't back, killing him. The officer ,made an excuse , stating that he tought it was a taser.
