Dragon Vinyasa is brilliant. The combination of Ashtanga yoga with martial arts provides a refreshing and unique practice that allows you to work on strength, balance, focus, and mental clarity. The flow between yoga poses and martial arts feels natural while 'kicking' it up a notch with the martial arts component. I've been taking this class for three months now and love it. I recommend that you know some basic yoga poses, but you certainly do not need to know any martial arts.

It's awsome! It's fun and easy but makes you sweat. I can't wait until their dragon vinyasa DVD comes out!
