I'd be very surprised if anyone could fulfil this request. The fact you are asking for ideas is really an admittance of it's impossibility.

Reasons why this poverty/inequality divide exists is, humans are ruled by the selfish gene. Slaves to DNA replication and will do anything to predate resources, even collectively within a group.

Altruism without reciprocation is very rare and so the likelihood of any improvement to inequality/poverty is very low indeed.

Capitalism allows few to dominate.
