Well...it seems to me that we will get a system that doesn't destroy the coal industry...doesn't lower emissions in any short term, and predicts that something else will replace coal but does not state what...I hope they are going to provide lots of incentive/funding to achieve this because we have to start now, not in 2030 with coming up with economically viable alternatives to coal...
