When I used to work at McDonalds years and years ago, when the burgers were the actual ORIGINAL SIZE and not these now-days microscopic burgers we invented a burger for the hungriest person we've ever seen. I called it the McHeart Attack - It goes like this

4x Angus patties

3x quarter pounder buns, cutting crust off one side to make it a middle piece (like the big mac)

Put ketchup, mustard, mac sauce on the burger

red onions, lettuce, 4 slices of cheese, tomato

Add 2 hash browns and hot sauce
