In regards to the description for this video, I don't think talent can be lost. Even if it somehow can be, Christina Aguilera damn well isn't the case for that. She's still one of the best singers in all of music's very long history.

Even Adele has more soul than both of them. And there is no way you could possibly know what B's coach has told her!

I prefer perfect vocal technique, you prefer "impressive" screaming. It's whatever. Sorry for "trolling" or whatever it's called, I just saw the title and started cracking up.
But, in the end, if it makes anyone feel better, neither B nor X nor Jhud nor Mariah OR Whitney or any pop singer are the greatest voices! The greatest voice is probably some Italian classical singer who has done intense vocal training since she was 2! Like Cecilia Bartoli or someone like that. We all lose!

The best of mediocre pop singers?! She's right after Whitney. Christina tends to sing loud and overdo songs (that's her style) but when she uses her lower register her tone is the most beautiful I've ever heard (I loves you porgy [grammy 2008]). Beyonce is a great singer but she has no emotion when she sings and her sound is very annoying most of the times (opinion). She may have better control and technique but she'll never have that soul and raw power Christina has. The voice of her generation

Chris Cornell was followed by Layne Stanley. Kurt was not that great. Beyonce also cannot sing like Christina and has never sung like christina. B doesn't "try and fail" out of her range, in fact, out of the hundred or so performances I've seen, I've only witnessed 3 or 4 vocal mistakes--all the way back to DC. With Christina it's at least twice per performance. I'm white, i have nothing against white ppl

@Supernaturalalisa B definitely goes lower than X. B's lowest live note is A2, and X's is C3 MAYBE B2, but i dont think so. And even at A2, B's note is richer and fuller than X's C3. X def goes higher though. And X might have more emotion in her voice than B, but don't go tryna act like she's Aretha Franklin, neither B nor X are known for having a particularly soulful voices. Even Adele has more soul than both of them. And there is no way you could possibly know what B's coach has told her!

Christina was basicaly outdoing Beyonce's voice when she was 11 years old. Yes she's louder and can sing higher... That's it. (B can sing lower) Loudness means almost nothing to singing technique. And yes, as one who has been studying vocal technique for over 10 years, I am positive when I say B is a better singer, she has perfect control, something Christina never has or will have.

Maybe this is gonna sound silly, but there is something i've always thought about.. Everytime I watch a performance by christina where she hits really high notes and does her signature notes, I'm kinda scared that when she has done those vocal notes for so many years that it might damage her singing voice later in life.. As in now in the present days. Or am i just being silly?
