I also got the HKS Super SQV IV Blow Off Valve. But at 3k-6k rpms it never makes the high pitched wistle only the flutter. Any ideas of what it could be.

@XXmmawarriorXX its supposed to sound like that. all bov's in turn will not make the same sound at lower rpms as they do at wot. example, my gfb on my subaru makes a pshhh sound any time below 5800, above that it sounds like a sneezing girl. (tial)
