  • Benedetto did not go to China to teach them how to carve archtop guitars. They learned from Benedettos books and DVD's.. that is fact.

    These are fine guitars.

  • Did you mention the carved top, that beautiful carved top you get, hmm? He he, I'd love to visit your shop, but I'm currently residing in the states

  • @pickinstone eastman is actually an american company .Its cheaper to buy eastman guitars in the states than in Uk.

  • @dalesuhr I knew that the re was american, but I thought the company was chinese since the chinses make the guitars. Bennedetto went over there to teach the Chinese luthiers how to carve archtop guitars. That's why I love my Eastman, it's made with the same care as a violin or a cello. I got mine from Guitars n' Jazz in New Jersey, quite a hike from where I am in NY, but well worth it. Are they selling well in the UK. A lot of students at my uni play them cause they are the best bang for the buc

  • @pickinstone thats true..I also got mine from Guitars n jazz..quality is good.Im gonna get a 5 series acoustic soon lots of good reviews on that guitar.

  • never type a post at 5 in the morning, excuse all my typos
