Bwahahaaaa! Guess dad couldn't meet his weekly quota down at the fruit of the loom factory that week,so he took it out on the kid for peeking at his vintage hustlers under the mattress.

It is an alarming sign but honestly not all of new castle is horrible...hell half the drug addicts r rich ppl n the whole "ppl Rather tattoos than dental work" do u know that we havnt had a steady tattoo shop in town...ever! But most of the dentist here either hurt u more or u have to have enough money to drop down at 1 time to cover 2months of rent....but don't judge if u havint had to deal with all these hard times...there is a bunch of awful stupid ppl here but there is still good here...

There is nothing funny about domestic abuse, regardless what side of town it occurs in - Westwood, East Side, Broad Street, Raintree Heights, White Estates, McDonald's ... if the sign helped one (1) family, then it did its job.

first off, not everyone in new castle acts like that. only the ones on the east end. seccond, you dont sound verry educated either so dont judge other people

Ha! I saw this the other day. I'm originaly from Portland and I now work in New Castle. I saw this and my jaw dropped. I understand the meaning but it's still fucked up.

New Castle has fallen from what it was. NC is nothing anymore except a big drug town. If people had money they would move away. So there will always be drug heads here that cant move cause they use!! This town is over! Death of a town should be the next movie!

I agree this billboard should be an alarming message to some, speaking in the area of change. I myself have escaped New tucky and have expanded my mind with things of value and relavence. I like to think of NC as a time warp stuck in the 1980's with little to no hope.

where the men collect disability with new harleys sitting in front of

cracker houses while their wiveshold down two minimum wage

jobs to feed a bunch of kids from their loser husbands who beat them

ok im from new castle and ill admit its not the GREATEST place. but not all the people here are hillbillies or abusive. including me. and notice this sign says INDIANA not new castle specifically?? its got nothing to do with this town. it happens everywhere and its sad. have a little more respect
