@Jollyrolly83 It's one of the drakes that you can buy once exalted with Netherwing in Outland. You need to be level 70 to start the questline. The black one is called Onyx Netherwing Drake and it's NOT rare, it's the most commonly used of them all. I prefer the Veridian or Violet myself.
