For those who are confused, the terms of the trial are made available to customers before the order is placed, in a confirmation email, and in big bold letters at the top of the packing slip. It's not SENSA's fault you didn't read those things. I lost 30 pounds in 5 months and haven't gained back one pound, nor did I exercise. It's time to take responsibility and stop blaming people for your mistakes. Order SENSA if you already haven't!
A year ago I lost 10 pounds by simply eating until I was full and when I felt cravings to snack I would eat a fruit salad or a deliciuos low calorie nonfat yogurt . When I had the munchies I would eat organic vegetable chips and believe me they are really good In taste and crunch.
I disagree strongly with the junk food statement in this video. Eating too much of any type of food will cause you ill health. Even if you eat too many salads, believe it or not, you'll have vitamin deficiencies, a surplus of fibre leading to problems like IBS, digestive problems, dehydration, severe loss of body fat and muscle tissue. You'll be anorexic-skinny, flabby, have no energy, have difficulty sleeping, etc. Maybe we should call salads "junk food" and have them banned?
so i know everyone is watching this for the "Sensa" product. but being a Houstonian, all I can think about is heading straight to the Ragin Cajun! The restaurant featured. lol. Seriously! Amazing restaurant.
I ordered the free 2month package. So far I haven't been very disciplined about using it. It seems to me if it's the smell that makes you feel full, why not just sniff the stuff instead of sprinkling it on your food. After I sprinkle it on my food, I can't smell it anymore. The instructions say not to give up just keep trying, so I will. I wonder if it's just a psychological thing.
hello, i also ordered the free 2 month package i just got it today... and i wanted to ask if you knew like if i tried out the whole 2 month supply and not want to continue anymore after the 2 months, can i still send it back with out the little packets being full?

I hadn't realized I was not smelling my food and now it is very different. They are saying that this will not work as it is not getting people into exercise. Folks, here is the problem...we eat too much. Very simple. But, if you lose weight its more than proven that you will have more energy so guess what...you move your booty more. So if its getting you there SWEET!

zacksbak - u don't know what your talking about. there are flavor combinations scientifically studied that are patented they aren't listed. the dr. has 25 years experience studying this technology. and on hsn it's only 39 a month i'll happily pay to make me acutally feel full. it totally works and none of the ingredients are harmful. its worth every penny. i support the technology

Sorry, I was thrown by your statement, it didn't read naturally. It read like an infomercial with you hitting all the points on the Sensa website. And the line,"There really are weight-loss products out there that work and Sensa worked for me," isn't helping matters either. Also, if you are taking part in clinical trials on behalf of Sensa, you technically are working for them. Maybe within those sprinkles there are mind altering chemicals which force you to promote the product for free?
