havnt you guys heard the news? The game is coming to a HALT!!!! activision sued double fine for giving the publishing rights to EA . Activision gave double fine 15 million dollars and a deadline to make the game, double fine couldnt get the deadline and asked for 9 more million dollars, activision was gonna respond to that and in the meantime double fine asked EA , and EA gave them the 9 million and took the rights of the game. This was initially activisons game and double fine wrecked it.

hehe you are wrong, activision actually became a cry baby when they noticed the game was actually getting somewhere (and HELL YEAH IT IS) and sued them with false charges. Activision ended their contract with double fine and double fine went to EA, who actually worked with the idea. Activision's arguments are that ''Nooo they where gona respond positively but double fine didnt wait'' (false) and that they put too much money in it. Activision became a parody of itself after they saw the new game
