I was a huge fan of the PSP GTA games! Vice city stories was the first GTA game that I completed to 100% the great thing about these games was you got a lot more of the back story of some of the characters from the main PS2 games.

Liberty city and vice are both great! i played vice it gud but the problem is you can't take train and you play as a Black guy but the bad thing you lose your girlfrined (wich make me really sad :'( ) and the gud thing you can fly heli,you can build bussies and go to buildings.

and lcs is great! the gud thing is you can take train,play as a withe guy and the 3rd safe house looks like villa! and the bad thing is you can't fly a heli and you lose your guns when you die or busted.

1st q: They both have their ups and downs. VCS has more to see, yet slower load times, LCS has less to see, and faster load times. VCS you can swim, LCS you can't. Both stories have a fairly repetitive plot. Yes, get Vice City Stories first, then get LCS. That's what i did.
