if you use bows and target spells/staffs your kinda obligated to use first person so you actually hit youre target, but im a knight so i use third person since it gives a good view of the fight

Its cause when you are under attack, they think the guy is trying to help them and if you kill him while your being chased by guards, it counts as murder

i did that before. i got all the way 2 the imperial city and then i went to anvil and i was walkin under water! and then i went 2 valenwood because you cant usually get there and then i died coz i fell off a cliff that wasnt there XD

sword: daedric katana (mod) with added effects

spell: drain health 100 + lighting 25 all in 10 feet

not flying: just have low encumbrance and high acrobatics/ athletics from equipment bonuses (about 120 each)

theres a mod to put all towns on the main map so you can rooftop excape like that in standard gaemplay... i cant remember the mod name ATM tho sry

using amulets and rings and boots etc to give acrobatics boost to about 130, athletics 150. low encumbrance. pretty straightforward with standard loot.

I do that on my 360 version except I use skooma to get the speed boost to jump the wall.
