@gapoopiunfitting -You'll need 2 onions chopped,4" ginger sliced thin strips,3 cloves garlic minced,1 c Sake, tsp chilli, 1tsp Fish Oil. 1/2 c flour, salt&pepper to season flour

Place flour on a plate, add salt &pepper

into cubes

Toss squirell pieces in flour mixture

Heat pan/casserole,add oil & heat

Add onion,ginger &garlic and cook until just starting to soften &change to a pearly colour. Add fish oil &chilli, stir. Add Sake to cooking ingredients &bring to simmer

Add squirell, cook Yummy!
