@Hyliansoul59, the same earthquakes/national disasters can happen anywhere. The better question to be asking is having these countreis done anything to prepare for disasters like this and yes some countries are more prepared than others. Disasters natural/man made can happen anywhere in the world. That is a fact of life. The earthquake in Chile should be a wakeup call for any major city and serve as a grim reminder structures are not indestructible.

@rfranquinho Yes, I tried it on several softwares with two and fourpoint stabilization but because of the degraded quality of the orginial video, the software couldn't handle it. Check out the video at user 611x which is better than mine.
