  • its nothing to do, even u don`t need to make tutorial for this, even first time user knows to do these basic stuffs, if we`re human then if we look onto Windows Explorer, can learn these basic stuffs by using mouse, left & right click, context menu features, and drag & drop with cursor!

  • this video took my breath away...lol

    I wanna work with Computers (i am 11!) ;D

  • @HugopwnGM Good luck! :)

  • This is my bread and butter, seriously, this is beyond basic, this is shit. A 3 year-old at my church can sort documents and retrieve data from deleted files. My version of basic is something like using the group option and renaming large amounts of files at once, and permanently deleting folders, moving folders, icons, etc.. not this!

  • I have to say that though this may seem super-easy to you and me, to many people who have just started learning computers, at least some of this would be new information. I've tutored people at senior centers and community centers and believe it or not, some people had to start with learning how to use a mouse properly. They had to be taught the difference between a click and a right click, and even how to use the window buttons.

  • Also, notice how slowly and distinctly he's speaking. I've seen some tutorials in which the person is fumbling through words, using run-on sentences and using a lot of "ums" and "uhs". I would say it's pretty clear that Basic really means Basic in this case, and that this is aimed at people who have almost no experience with computers. I would categorize your examples as Intermediate, meaning those who are advanced enough to navigate and interact with the interface confidently.

  • @oneironaut420 ow, ok, i see where your coming from. ya, this is very basic BASIC stuff... and i really "dislike" the fumbling of repeated words in some "home-made" tutorials from little kids that just got a computer and have NO idea how it even internally works.

-you gave some good reply's, ever thought of making some more tutorials???

    it's been 8 months xD

  • @bmw2go11 Actually I have, but they are a little less "basic" and a bit more "intermediate". I did them just as a goof, but I think I'm going to do some more polished ones. I'd like to do some Final Cut Pro tutorials.

  • @oneironaut420 nice, there are not to many final cut pro tutorials on youtube.

    *subscribing to your channel*

  • @bmw2go11 Hey thanks for the add. I see a lot of FCP tutorials, but mostly intermediate to advanced. I really want to work on some more tutorials, thanks for the encouragement!

  • @oneironaut420 no prob ;)

  • I have something called "Linux" on my PC,

and the Windows Key + E dosen't work for me somehow.

Also, the menu only shows "Computer", is that bad?

  • No, you probably have Windows Vista or 7. On those it only says Computer. If you still have Windows, you should be fine. Linux isn't a virus. I'm not so sure about what kind of linux you have, but if you're using Windows you have nothing to worry about.

  • anyone help me. my tools bar is gone, and i really need it right now

  • @soraboi25 You have probably stop or crashed explorer.exe.

Just click ctrl+alt+delete then task mangier then click new tast or run and type

    explorer.exe

  • My grandma even knows how to use Total Commander, i'm not kidding btw ;)

  • omg! this is sooo basic that my brain just exploded!

  • my lil bro's 4 and he know's this stuff lol

  • That's why it's called "basic" buddy.
