no it only means that ur hands, and ur feet are not so coeherent but no worries, its a common problem for drummers as the instrument requires all four of our limbs for the right sound.

some tips for practicing this is putting the base in different timings while playing a regular 8th beat instead of the 16th beat that requires 2 hands.
