  • I just did both the kickboxing routines and I feel dead - I love them, more please!!

  • I've done this workout numerous times and there's been no problems (accept, of course, for all the sweating). But for some reason the past two times I've done this workout my head starts pounding like CRAZY about 3/4 of the way through (so much so that I HAVE to stop). Any suggestions?

  • @beckygallou Try warming up longer and slower. See if that helps with the head pounding.

  • I don`t like Jack`s workout. Jack. has the typical aeorbic teacher voice/style which is boring, but Cassie feels personal. Also Cassie has a gentle, graceful style while Jack isn`t graceful at all, her`s is a more aggressive style (kickboxing). I thnk some will prefer Jack but I like Cas. Cas. also makes her video "do-able" which I like b/c you feel like you achieved something when you finish.

  • Cassey, I have a fast metabolism and I've been working out trying to build muscle and tone up but I recently lost 5lbs (gladly I put it back on) and I can't really afford to lose a lot of weight, any advice?

  • @mynameiskirstydoogan I am no expert but I think you should try to change your workout routine..I think lifting weights would help.

    Burn less calories than you consume..but don't get lazy! :D

    When it comes to diet you should definatly avoid sugary and simple-carb foods such as candy, soda... they help in fat storage.

    Just google it.. you will find lots of information :)
