This is a pretty well-know golf drill.  Gets you parallel at the top. My coach makes me warm up with these a lot. He's not 'showing off' at all. Probably had a few bad swings and went back to this for a couple holes.

Rory is a great player but he needs to take a different approach in his interviews. I play division 1 golf and I know that it takes a hell of a lot of confidence and almost arrogance to compete at a high level. Rory is not being confident in a lot of what he does though, he is being downright disrespectful to someone whose record speaks for itself. I love that there are guys out there that wanna challenge him and golf needs that but taking shots at Tiger's game is both stupid and disrespectful.

Maybe. But I still disagree. I think ppl make wayyyyy too big of a deal out of this. He said "more beatable than ever." And to me, it was TRUE. Tiger still beat him but I say big deal...he wasn't lying. Ppl talk about this comment like it's sacrilegious and that's all that drives me nuts. I say let the guy be whoever he wants to be. To be honest I really hope he beats Tiger next time to prove ppl wrong.
