Just changed "Emulation Speed, LCD Refresh" to "Realtime, Auto". The game works exactly as fast as the DS (100-104%), and the music is so much smoother now.
@testingte Oh, too bad. I have an quad-core Intel Core i5 @ 2.27 GHz. My graphics card is pretty slow though, an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD. I think No$GBA has to run on at least Intel Core 2 to run at full speed.

No$GBA on Mac OS X runs at 1 frame per day.

@propeng1 Well, it could be that the prorgam was compiled for PowerPC Mac OS X which will run really slow on intel Mac OS X.
