Its been awhile since i've done research on the subject but part of what Wayne says about crack has some truth to it.

Those caught with cocaine(a rich man's drug) receive far less punishment than those caught with Crack(which is basically the same damn drug). I don't approve of any of that shit, but shit like that is far from fair. Wayne's point is simply that the system is built to work against the poor (the hood).
