It's there! He does music for the love of it, not to saturate the radio. Lil Wayne is a rapper who's plan is to MAKE you love him by force feeding himself to you reguardless of his lower level rapping talents. And so far most people are falling for it because the dude really does suck. Mad Skillz plan is to do hip-hop from the heart and with feeling such as the likes of The Roots, Talib, and Mos...You never heard or hear much from these guys. But when they do come out, it's always quality.
