ive asked him (joe himself) that. he had just become a fan of yngwie's playing and decided to follow suit but he mixes his with somewhat more gain and more metal oriented than classical influenced. (hes my guitar teacher and his rig is almost identical to yngwie's, and he shares basically the same guitar specs.)

Joe Stump hace muchos temas con solos y ritmos de Yngwie, y otros como Metallica, pero es un Mounstro en la guitarra, y tiene talento el chavo, yo le he visto aqui en México y es muy tranquilo, nada que se le sube como Malmsteen, de cualquier forma, es increible este guitarrista, tengo 2 albums de el originales, "Night Of The Living Shred" y "Supersonic Shred Machine" ahh y pasa esto, es cierto que muchos copian a Malmsteen, pero lo barbaro es que el luego copia a los demas. increible.

Perfect! The structure, melody....I wouldn't change one single thing about it. Heard it 89432197432189 times and it even gets better with time. You also gotta be a fucking guitar monster to play it!

@jfutach it's actually not that hard compared to malmsteen. I have been trying to learn a malmsteen piece for 7 months and I can barely play it but I learned this song in about a month. Not dissing him, he has 2 good songs out there but not all too hard.

Easier to learn than Yngwie? No way! This tune isnt so difficult until it comes to to the shredding parts. Then it's pure sickness. Stump has a more defined sound and you can hear everything he plays so he might be easier to play because of that. Last few Yngwie albums leave a lot to be desire when it comes to non-muddy playing.
