  • im no scientist, but when i was a kid you could get magnets to repel from one and another( opposite poles im thinking) so if thats the case wont both poles cancel each other out when their appex has been reached. if we could charge magnets with specific poles then this would be possible...no?

  • It doesn't work because you've got the stator and the rotory magnets atracting each other.

  • At 0:32, are the stator magnets positioned to attract the rotor mags? Shouldn't it be the other way 'round, like repelling? Or, in this setup, both ways will not work?

  • line 3 or more of these side by side connected to the same axle.. set them offset to each other. the force of the other wheels will overcome the cogging of the one. the more you set side by side the smoother it will run.

  • There is a magnetic shielding materialcalled MUMETAL, it is also offered as a folia of 0,1mm thickness. Try to cover those spaces which offer resistance when turning the wheel and it should run for ever!

  • I think it will spin more freely and for longer duration if you will remove all magnets and substitute compressed human feces modules for magnets. This will be a more "Brown" solution. Green is out. Brown is the new Green.

  • You may want to learn about, One Way Magnetic Shielding, it's very effective. Just go to my channel.

  • I commend you on your persistance. It eventually stops turning. I don't think it would be prudent to include a finger with the unit to keep it going. You need to determine if the force of your finger = the force of the magnet repulsion. If the latter is less than the former, you may have something if a signal discharge could be used to give it a shot periodically. But, I think it unlikely, given the laws of thermodynamics. But, who knows until it is tried? Laws have been broken before.

  • a closed circle of magnets create a unique circolar magnetic field ... that field has got infinites points balanced.

    so we need another way to use magnetic interaction, even with an electric impulse at the right moment to win the balance ........ i don't know, too much variables ! :(

  • Every shape has an effect as well. The circle IS an important shape in magnetic propulsion but ONLY when used in combination with other shapes. Try a series of linked "V"'s turned from horizontally to laterally and placed inside the cicle. I think you will be pleased with the potential there.

  • Yeah, it is pretty simple really. Stop thinking of spinning and just go in a straight line first. Then apply them together. I'm pretty damn sure I got a design that will work.   • alot of good work to be able to find out what many of us found out,that this is a great brake.try having the outer magnets farther away to be able go into the cross fields or magnetic sheer.what this could be brought up to is a motor that at least has the capacity to move most of it's own nuetral mass without outside power.then whatever power is added is producing pure motion w/out the loss of needing power to power the motion of the motor itself.keep it up.5*'s for the effort,build and video.

  • dietmarhohl, Try to understand how magnetism work and the natural law like the 2nd law of themodynamics then you may stop the day dream. We were all the victim of the johnson and perendev magnet motor promise. Because of them thousand was inspired to experiment and invent a magnet motor. For me after 5 years of tril and error I concluded that magnet alone cannot power it self as the only motive force. SOme may still be tempted to experiment so I hope to share our sad experences.

    Try to remove 3 magnets inside en reverse the last one or on both sides of the innerring.

    Try diametral magnets.

  • It won't work at low speed. Once u spun it at high RPM when it catch up with surrounding frequency, it'll hella holler. To achieve this, minimize jerking as much as possible. That means smoother transition. Surrounding frequency is very low. Keep trying. 5 stars

  • ich verstehe wenig von Physik, aber ein versenkte Wasserrad im See läuft auch nicht.

    Es mag vielleicht sein dass beim Linearbeschleuniger Energie gewonnen wird aber wenn es im Kreis läuft wird energie vernichtet. Kann der Linearbeschleuniger überhaupt irgendwelche Kraft überwinden und trotzdem weiter laufen? z.B Gegendrehmoment von Spulen

  • Leider viel zu dicht gebaut mit all den Magneten vom Stator zum Rotor und ohne Eisen-Cores funktioniert da gar nichts Dietmar.

    Schau Dir mal bitte meine Video-Response an.

    Solche Eisenwinkel musst Du auch benutzen.

  • Energieerhaltungsgesetz: Ekin1 + Epot1 = Ekin2 + Epot2. Kurz: Die Energie zu Beginn des Prozesses muss (Reibung=0) die Gleiche sein, wie zu Ende des Prozesses. Wie kann ich dann die Funktion deuten? Soll nach anfänglichem Energieeintrag eine Rotation des Systemes weiterbestehen? Warum hält der "Motor" dann an? Man sieht förmlich, wie er nach kurzer Zeit wieder abbremst. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen "magnetischen" oder "kosmischen" Energieen, die sich der Physik entziehen!

  • I think it would be best to build the "V"s from the "track-cart" experiment around a wheel with the cart magnets mounted same, but on the wheel...instead! It's all about getting past the sticking point. You just proved "Perendev" can't work. Your workmanship is wonderful.

  • I think you should try attach a driving motor and a generator. Good odds it gives more out then goes in at the correct resonant speed.
