Oz or Ronnie is okay by me--both resulted in genuine Black Sabbath albums. I'm glad to know that at least Henry Rollins agrees with me on this. As for the other Sabbath albums, they were really good examples of the 'Iommi-Butler Band', or solo LPs by Tony.

I have never bought a Sabbath album after Ozzy left. Not because I think the later stuff is bad, it wasn't, it was because as Ozzy and Bill said not Sabbath. There was something of a chemistry between them all that vanished after Ozzy left.

They will reunite as they did 7(?) years ago at Ozzfest. This time they will tour behind a new album. Saw Ozzy last week and I'll be damned, he was amazing as was his setlist. He was incredible! 18,000 people went nuts!!

this is the complication of bands changing members and keeping the same name. If Dio never invaded the space of the ozzy fans with the simple fact that the same name was used this video wouldnt exsit. But look at the AC/DC story of Bon vs Brian.....Heaven and Hell is a good album and is doesnt really matter what you call it...call it Ronnie Jame Dio ft Black Sabbath as his band. \m/ FUCK YEAH! I loved RJD, and I was glad when they renamed the band H&H, because the original lineup always sounded "right" to me. No sense hating on any of them, they were all great musicians, Ward and Appice, Ozzy and RJD. Lots of room on my shelf for all those albums.

They are both gods but what was said in this clip is true. Post-Ozzy / Dio Sabbath was never really the same. Dio's voice is different in style to Ozzy's just as it differs from the style of the music of the original sabbath.
