I'd bet it all you can't do this and that he could get somewhere in life with this skill. Colleges don't teach animation like this so that you won't get anywhere with it.
What are you talking about? I'm currenty on my second termin on Noroff uni of 3D Modelling- and animation, working together with Deakin university in Australia which is the best, except for perhaps Greenside, before starting as a JR BC with Pixar.
There are plenty of places to learn this, lol. Actually, I think you could make this movie by following the first free tutorial after an hour with 3DSM.

Oh, okay, I know what you mean. But when I say ' Disney took over Pixar ', I mean it ask Pixar to work for them. In otherwords, Pixar's animation but with Disney's storyline. James and the Giant Peach, Doug's 1st Movie, Dinosaur, Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle is presented by Disney, in which they don't look Disney at all.
Wow, that must've been hard to do. I guess EVE could be a bit more rounded, but I have no real problem. I understand how difficult this must have been to make.
You have something there but you could improve the design rounding her a little bit more, also, EVE is super reflective, so you may want to give her the 100% reflection she needs.
