  • what is the video from ?

  • I watched a video the other day on tattooing and the guy said he pre-paired the needle so it rest on the metal machine so the ink would not "bleed" out or puddle up on the skin. Is this the proper way to tattoo? because here i see that when you touch the needle it almost bleeds out like it would if you where using pen and ink. Was just curious, and i have an open mind to different techniques. thanks

  • outlines cood be tricky but its the only thng that can make it clean and smooth

  • Didnt see the comment above before i wrote my last comment.. and i notice its spelled wrong.. my bad..

  • Of coarse he is amazing... you know who that is?? Thats Guy Aitchison (Brother of Hannah Aitchison, one of the stars of "LA INK") and this is part of the DVD from his book and dvd set "Reinventing the Tattoo"... He's a badass!!

  • this guy is amazing. you can tell by how he talks about what he does, and how he does it. this is a true artist who knows what he's doing.

  • This aproach uses from light to dark colors to get more realism.just like airbrushing. i am a begginer .do you have to let the lighter colors heal some days?and for shading do i thin my ink??

  • @retrogazele no man, you want to get as much done in one day as you can, and it takes more than some days for it to heal, you at least need to wait 3 weeks to a month, depending on the speed of the clients healing everyone is different, before you tattoo more and if you are shading you do need to dilute the ink so it want be as dark

  • if bob villa was tattoo artist this is what it would be like. " now likes make some happy tree"

  • That's traumatizing to the skin.

    All that color at once?

    ouch.

  • @StacieWacieee it would be if the machine isnt tuned properly. I'm pretty sure his machines are all tuned right to not traumatize the skin so much.

  • @StacieWacieee This style of tattooing does multiple passes for realistic shading. it does seem like he's traumatizing the skin but his machines are specifically tuned down so that it does the most minimum trauma to the skin. He explains tattoo machine tuning in the DVD

  • Yo put some mor of this video up pleassssseeeeeeee

  • what advise could you give me when filling in a tattoo or shadding?

  • whoa guy aitchison!! . u have the dvd?

  • Holy shit dude you work fast when shading...the tattoo is great really well done..
