  • Fucking crazy strength and balance!!!!

  • That guy is freaking awesome !!!!!!

  • That is very impressive

  • Comment removed

  • Chuck Norris can do that with a truck on his back!

  • man i train hard but I will NEVER be able to do that. hats off Steve, u tha MAN!!!

  • Now that is impressive

  • holy hell that was crazy

  • he's the man

  • Who need´s Knee´s? :-)

  • yousri elmejdoubi morocco

  • some serious explosive power there you must be 15 stone minimum

  • this guy needs to get his ass kicked for showing off

  • @jjhaywood he's a world champion in kung fu. many have tried, nobody can kick his ass. :)

  • How naff!

  • is this guy for real

  • sorry to all the awe inspired fans on his nutsack but doing the splits on 2 balls might be a neat trick but its not olympic level gynastics

  • I understand that you think I'm wrong, and that is why the new gyms are filled with empty headed Bosu ball fad followers like you. Back in my gramas day the belly shaker machines were the fad. Every household had a rubber flap connected to a motor that was supposed to SHAKE the belly off of you. it shook the money out, but not the fat. Then more recently- someone with 20,000 beach balls needed to get them out of the warehouse, and he got an idea!!! LOL

  • I feel like there's no way that can be safe.. an easy way to tear your groin? haha

  • not a groin really. it has nothing to do with groin at all lol

  • @Aheyne you are full of shit, steve has obviously been training for years and wouldnt expect someone to try this in there first session, it is just a demo of what hard work and dedication can do

  • @jalidav1

I was simply joking, didn't mean anyone to take it seriously. Steve Cotter is very highly trained and a beast!

  • it's exactly this kind of stupidity that encourages people who have never lifted a weight in their lives to stand on a Bosu ball and do overhead presses with 40 pound dumbells because some trainer told them to. This whole fitness craze is irresponsible, ill-informed, and downright ridiculous. YES it's cool to see that guy do his little trick... but it effects too many gym novices in the wrong way. It's a poor way for them to start their training.

  • I think you're wrong. Steve Cotter is a highly trained professional trainer, and this was taken from a much longer clip demonstrating the type of explosive power one can generate through a full range of motion. If anyone takes the extremes he is capable of and tries them as a beginner, more than likely deserve what they get. Sometimes you have to learn to fall before you learn to walk.

  • bosu ball teaches balances and works on your stabilizers, it is a pretty effective tool- as is most any common object laying around the house such as a chair- steps, a sofa, or a crack in the wall all effective tools for training.

  • 100% correct. Steve Cotter is a show off

  • i would pay a lot of money just to train under him

  • holy moley

  • Steve Cotter is a god among men.

  • ho.

    lee.

    shit.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • I've never seen anything like that. I would definitely break something if I tried that!

  • dude thats awesome

  • Freaking a...this is both inspiring and devastating. Inspiring because watching him do that makes me want to go out and try it. Devastating because I can't do a simple set of squats on the BOSU without feeling like my tibia is going to rip in half lol.

  • That's HOT!

  • There used to be a video on YouTube of him doing pistols jumping from a table to the ground and back (he did like 4 in a row without falling or dropping his leg -- it was SICK!!!) Does anyone know where to find that one?

    JW

  • Oh...my...gosh. I already knew that he was a freak................but this is truly mind-boggling (especially for a man!).

  • i dont know waht to say....thats freaking crazy

  • some serious shit right there

  • ultimate condition....

  • you got to be kidding me, that's crazy

  • Damn, I think I just tore my groin just watching that ! Impressive!

  • ....HO-LY MA-CA-RO-NI!!!!......lol simpsons

  • wow!!

  • That's Impressive

  • DAMN!!

  • dangerous. why do that?

  • Only dangerous to a person that doesn't know what they're doing. Cotter is an amazing athlete who can do a lot of things normal people wouldn't ever consider safe.

  • i dont think its a matter of knowing what you're doing. its bouncing and wobbling. one small slip and you're screwed. even if you can do it. my point is the risks outweigh the benefits of doing jumping splits between those balls.

  • Cotter is a mutant and well, it is dangerous. It is dangerous as well to fight in a ring. To run a marathon is dangerous. Diving is dangerous. Skydiving is dangerous too.

  • I like waht you said but ill go one further. He can do more amazing things that amazing athletes could only dream to do. He is one freak of a man there is no doubt.

  • HAHA!

  • Call me under when the river sings a dear ?

    What is the soundtrack ?

  • sweet!

  • awsome! how many can you do?

  • Insane
