Just because the top skaters of today aren't wearing these doesn't mean they suck. I got a pair of these and so far they've done wonders on my bruised foot and sprained ankle. I've been skating them solid for a few weeks on brand new grip and you can still see the design in the bottom of the shoe just fine. The only thing that bothers me is that they're sold at Wal-Mart.
