Being used to cat "body language" as well as vocalizations, I strongly suspect Kona was afraid of trying to get down off the cat tree, with the outfit somewhat limiting his natural flexibility.

Kona doesn't like his/her costume. Cats get like that when they don't like something. My cat always gets that way when she has to go to the vet. I could also tell from Kona's face that he/she didn't like it.

If you haven't you really need to watch some of her other videos before deciding that she doesn't completely love her cats. Her cats live pretty comfortable lives 99% of the year, they can put up with here desire to dress them up silly every once in a while.

@BinaryCody some pets need clothes, especially in winter. I have a chihuahua and she has to wear a little sweater from october to late november, and a coat while there's snow on the ground. "hairless" cats also should wear clothes in colder months, especially if they live in a drafty house. If you watch snowbirdy's halloween videos from last year, kona is perfectly fine. i'm pretty sure it was something he saw that made him meow so much in this one. OBVIOUSLY jupey is fine with his costume.

@BinaryCody Cat owners like snowbirdy6 invest a lot of time and dedication, as well as pay for food, kitty litter, toys, vet visits, insurance, etc. I think the cats can stand a couple minutes of annoyance for the amusement of their owners.
