@riverviewman If you read the information section about this video, you'll see that the video is a part of an Instructable I created. If you go to the link in that section, you'll find all the info you're looking for.
It would help if you would explain what you are doing. From this video, which is very short, you never explained how you got to this point, whether or not the solder snippets are soft, medium, or hard, and fluxing, basic finishing, and whether this is Sterling, Argentium, Fine and what are these for?

The prior steps are so basic that it's not worth showing. Clean the metal, add flux to metal, place solder where metal rings meet, and the rest is in the video. This video is useful for one thing, the torch. A lot of people don't know what type of torch to get so this video is a bit useful.
Why are people so rude?
Thanks for sharing.

Nice! What kind of torch are you using? I like it! I'm looking for one so that I can do this stuff at home instead of being in the shop all day.

The one in the video is a small butane torch by Ronson that I got at walmart, but I've since upgraded to an air/acetylene Smith kit.

Cool thanks! How well do you think the small butane torch worked? Did it solder both wire and sheet metal well (say 18/20 gauge)?

You should solder silver with SILVER. Thats crap....

It was a stupid video. That wasn't really soldering, more glueing..

This was a great video visually. While the sound may not be the greatest, who really cares when things are on fire?
