Yes I read the same thing years ago. Appearantly, an asiatic version of wild dogs ganged up on a tiger. Tigers are no push overs, pound for pound they're among the greatest fighters in the animal kingdom. It managed to kill 12 of the dogs. but in the end, it succombed to their relentless assaults.
