After the battle of awtas muslims took many men and women as captives. they also found out that some female captives were married and their husbands had also been captured along with them and were being held in separate tents.

Muslims were reluctant to have sex with married female captives.Muhammad immediately produced a made to order sura 4:24 to allow his men to have sex with married female captives after waiting just one menstral cycle to make sure those female captives were not pregnant

Message to muslims brothers and sisters:

Muhammad allowed his followers ( sura 4:03/4:24 / 33:50 ) to have sex with slave girls and with the captured female prisoners of war with or without their consent. No nikah or dowry was necessary. Not only his men had the freedom to have sex with captured female prisoners, they also had the freedom to sell them in the market or trade them with other soldiers.

Muhammad claimed in sura 24:06:

"And for those who launch a charge against their wives, accusing them of fornication,

but have no witnesses or evidence, except themsleves-which happened with some

compnions-then the testimony of one of them, if he swears by allah 4 times, shall be

considered equal to 4 testimonies. That means husband will be considered truthful in

accusing his wife of committing fornication in the eyes of allah, just by swearing 4 times".

A message to muslim bros/sis:

in sura 4:3 muhammad allowed his followers to marry up to 4 women, if they treat them equally. but he did not confine himself to this rule. he produced a sura 33:50 to allow himself to accept any number of women who offered themselves to him as HIBA, that means gift, no dowry or nikah was needed.

Muhammad in his last sermon said ," clothe and feed your women, if they obey you".

it is like treating women as domestic animals. Feed them, if they obey you.

secular laws say women are our equal partners and soul mates. Who would you follow?

Muhammad claimed in sura 2:282 that one male witness is equal to 2 female witnesses in sharia court. secular democratic laws say: they both are equal.

who gives women equal rights, you decide?

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 48, Number 826 : Narrated by Abu Said Al-Khudri

The Prophet said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind."

Bukhari vol.7:132 p.101 says not to flog your wife as harshly as you flog a slave and then sleep with her later. (It does not specify whether the slaves are male or female, because at another time (Ibn-i-Majah vol.3:1983 p.194) Mohammed criticized Muslim men for beating their wives in the same way they beat their slave-girls.)

Muhammad claimed in sura 4:34 that Allah prefers men over women. Men are in charge of, have authority over women, disciplining them, and keeping them in check, because they have more intelligence, more reasoning abilty and they spend their money on women.

In case any woman is suspected of being disobedient; give her warning, stop sleeping with her and finally beat her. but if she starts obeying then beat her no more, which also means keep beating her untill she obeys.
