I haven't even tried to use mine, from the day I got it, I had to have it repaired. It worked a good three years and now it won't even turn on.. I read it is possible the power chord might be to blame..either that or the fan finally died..I still don't know and it has alot of my work on it..
the capasitors on the mobo are fried and you are going to have to get them replaced. and yes the HD is salvageable. as bad as that sucks it looks awesome!
