As background - Tearce is a village in Northwest Macedonia. It was in the heart of the violence during the 2001 Macedonian "Conflict" and school classes are now segregated ethnically: Albanian students attend classes with only Albanian students, Macedonian with only Macedonian, and Turkish with Turkish. Each ethnicity is entitled to education in their own language. Thus, this is first occasion many of these kids have had to interact with each other. The kids in the video speak in 4 languages.
