Sending it as an attachment is fine. That's how I did mine.
Anyway thanks for the participation people. The more letters we have the better. We want this project to be a huge success so if you can think of anyone who would be interesting in writing a letter(s) of appreciation to Erica, Tom, the staff or anyone inparticular at Smallville, then great! Multiple letters are welcome.

No, there is still over 2 weeks left. You can write as many letters as you like.
I've written one to the production staff but will also be writing one each to Tom and Erica.
