For me he has to be the GREATEST striker i have ever seen, as a kid, i always use to watch seria a, even though i supported man utd. He was THE COMPLETE striker, left, right foot, headers, pace,power, shot power, freekicks. There was nothing this guy couldnt do. He is such a loyal player, he didnt want to leave fiorentina, its just he wasnted to win the title, hence why he left. and to score the goal against his former team with roma, the guy had tears in his eyes. That preety much sums it up.

that was also the first season for ronaldo in serie a he scored 25 goals(7 penalties)

batigol got 21 (0 penalties)

henry has 51 goales in 123 caps

batigol has 56 in 78 caps

only meatzza and nordhal got a higher game/goal % then batigoal in serie a...

3. Henry did 226 goals in 369 matches. (174 in Premier League. Third best ever.)

@Jonte1336 1.i am not english..  2.not between 1980-2004...serie A was the absolut hardest leauge. the spanish leauge and german leauge was also, AND still is better than the premier leauge .

3&4 henry was a great player,but as a striker batistuta was better.

2. Henry didnt play football professional in the 80's. He came to Arsenal 1999 and Henry was placed directly on the FIFA rankings after that season.

3&4. Henry was a better player. Assists and many goals.
