@50tolose Its not that you don't think about it is that your change your emotions behind it. You are a ware of it and you accept it and you love yourself for what you have not what you don't have. He aware and happy and then you can begin to make positive actions.

I made myself go to feeling sad, because a nice youtuber, nat88008 sort of disappeared, him being an Abraham-lover to the core, 500 video's he had ... and his account is gone.

Now I just clicked this video, not really WANTING to feel glad or happy (it was a sad-feeling choice) but then when I started listening, earplugged, as it is past midnight here: and low and behold the ABSOLUTE fine feeling of *feeling-good* FOUND me again!
