Where is the "reasonable expectation of privacy" when two people are in a personal vehicle on a private lot? For starters, you could be charged with trespassing for being on that lot since it is private property, regardless if there is a sign or not. Secondly, posting an individuals face on here without their consent is borderlining on invasion of privacy and libel. I understand you do good work and your mission is righteous, but people's rights do not end simply because they appear guilty.
You obviously haven't a clue. In reality, there is no legal reasonable expectation of privacy when you are in public or a place of public accommodation (i.e a parking lot). You can't charge anyone with trespassing without a complaining party. Also, in Oklahoma if the property is a place of public accommodation you have to first ask the person to leave. Lastly, the businesses in these area appreciate my efforts and have NEVER complained.
Humiliation is the only legal means of reducing the numbers of people who go with hookers in public. When you're a father with kids who have to live around this crap in your neighborhood, it's either move your family or do something about it. For starters, you could be charged with trespassing for being on that lot since it is private property, regardless if there is a sign or not. Secondly, posting an individuals face on here without their consent is borderlining on invasion of privacy and libel. I understand you do good work and your mission is righteous, but people's rights do not end simply because they appear guilty.

You obviously haven't a clue. In reality, there is no legal reasonable expectation of privacy when you are in public or a place of public accommodation (i.e a parking lot). You can't charge anyone with trespassing without a complaining party. Also, in Oklahoma if the property is a place of public accommodation you have to first ask the person to leave. Lastly, the businesses in these area appreciate my efforts and have NEVER complained.

Humiliation is the only legal means of reducing the numbers of people who go with hookers in public. When you're a father with kids who have to live around this crap in your neighborhood, it's either move your family or do something about it.
