  • @maltefrey weighted crunches, leg lifts would be my choice. And lower %body fat may also make them look bigger. Congratz on your abs

    I have got a question:

    - I have been following the work-outs/trainings in the first 3 weeks of the 6W6P X-Challenge, but it doesn't really seem to help me..

    In fact I have taken 0,6 kg on.. I don't really see any difference in my body aswell (only my arms).. and in fact, my belly fat is more fat now..

    Do you know what I could be doing wrong? Please help me..

  • @HardstyleAndrew1 Maybe your muscles are becoming bigger, but you don't see it yet, and that's why you're getting heavier?

  • hey peter i sign up 2 and a half weeks ago and i ´ld like to know what do you mean with slow cardio in the weekly workout sheduel ? do you mean the 5 to 10 min warm up ? or a paciffic slow cardio workout for example swimming or bicycling ?pls write back

  • is drinking too much water bad during your exercise?

  • @DavidCarache727 yeah its bad if u got water sloshing around in ur tummy. also if you have to pause your workout to take a wiz, that is no good.

  • @DavidCarache727 Not really, it is better to drink to much water than to little.

  • @DavidCarache727 Not necessarily. Drinking gallons of the stuff is probably not good for you but taking regular sips will keep you hydrated and fresh.

  • @amsoh0t The Weight Training is to be done on Days 1,3 and 5 while the Cardio-Abs Workouts are to be done on days 2, 4 and 6 :)

  • Yeah! Today i have done week two cardio routine. After 5 circuits of intense excercises i was exausted, i`ve got sweat-shovered. High knees sprinting excercise got nice impact on my abs.
