Personally, if Kyle Hunter was on the list to replace Bob Barker after his retirement, I would have voted for Kyle Hunter.

He has a great voice and seems very personable. He would make a great TV personality. He even seemed to channel Bob Barker's and Ray Combs's mannerisms (such as how Bob Barker points his finger with an air of certainty during his outro and how the Family Feud hosts point their cards to the board when revealing answers and in the air when going to commercial).

THIS IS THE GUY.
He is rough around the edges. He is unknown. He is young. He has the voice. He has the drive. He has the personality.
Will someone on that freaking coast have the wisdom to hire this guy? Doubtful. But if they do, they recognize what is palatable to both heartland and coasts. Red and Blue states be damned.
This is the guy my Grandmother Marguerite would want to see take over.

Well, unfortunately, the powers that be don't seem to want the GAME to be the primary focus. Nothing against Drew Carey, but it probably would have been much better to give us a host who we KNOW can't be Bob Barker and therefore would judge him on his own merits. I mean, look at what happened with 'Pyramid'. And the new 'Feud' is on its THIRD host.

I just watched his thing on TV when I was in the desert, and he is a natural at this. After watching him all I can say is "what pressure".

WOW, this guy puts the "H" in HOT. I actually watched him do the weather on a recent trip to the desert and he was fantastic!! If he is the new host, then I know that I will be watching.
