I would say a good performance of a computer relies 20 % in the device that you use and 80% in the user.

So to answer your question i would say, How good are you with compures? Cuz' seen ppl who buys a 2000 dollar computer when the only benefit the get out of that computer is check their e mail. So why would you spend 2 grand when u can only spend 300 dollars and get the same benefit.
