Oh and one more thing when he goes into the yellow bubble thingy hit him with everthing you have "JUST UNLEASH"

all you do is max out hp recovery, Hp up, and First aid and youll never die on this boss unless he freezes you and breaks you which in that case calls for some sages :P

Ha ha ha ha I had set some good combo's for Arumat. I was kinda tanking Kokabiel the whole time while Reimi, Myuria, and Serah supported me. Now im at the temple place in Nox Obscurus where everything is black and white.

i just did this battle; beat it quickly...i used edge reimi arumat and myruia (sp?) and did good; all level 54 myruia level 52. i used edges specials and took out those little things really quickly

I thought this was one of the easiest battles of all. Beat him on the first try just pounding with Arumat, you never even need to target the spawns. Team was Edge, Bachus, Sarah and Arumat, all under 50

the black hole sphere of bacchus kill very easily the spawn so, when kokabiel "summon" hi spawn, I used black hole sphere with blesses buster he hits a lot on them. If this trick help you, well Im glad the you made. the rest of the team dont really care exept for a healer:1 minimum

edge 54 meracle 52 arumat 49 and sarah 51 compleetly raped him if u give them all fully upgraded hp boost then this boos can deal little dmg and if u fully upgrade auto - hp then u dont take any dmg makes this boss a peice of piss

I owned this guy with my highest level character being level 47 which was Edge, the rest were mid 40s. A party of Edge, Sarah, Arumat and Myuria did the job. I personally try to avoid power leveling, takes away the challenge imo.

Ok here'S my tactics : Edge 48 (S20), Reimi 48 (B20), Arumat 47 (S6), Lymle 46 (B8)... Edge and Remi were set on Bash with full force, i controlled Arumat, and Lymle was set to Stay Away, curing others... I Bashed like crazy on the boss with my combos, which was Unholy Maelstrom, Nether Strike, Diabolic Edge, and the second combo slot was NEther Strike, Diabolic Edge... Took me like 5 minutes... Hope this can help the ones who are stuck !

This guy was easy. The hardest was the one that summons scorpions.

I wasn't really the hardest just use meracles comet impact on the weakspot 3-4 times and it is dead, bu the battle could shift directions really quickly, which is what makes it seem hard.

i just beat this boss today on galaxy mode and he wasn't really hard just a pain since myeria(sorry i can't really spell her name) kept on dieing on me and then i had to use black berrys and ran out of those too since i was playing as aramat and they should have kept the same thing with the anime looks on the english version for the battle thats kinda frustrating since the anime looks look better instead of the characters face...

u have to go down to the road to the sanctuary and talk to the person in frount of the ivy he says u need the wind ring go transport to the centropolis and talk to the scientist or just galk to the top left and ull c a grave with a pike (!) read it and go ur the the tree up a little more and hit (A) and ull get the ring :)

boss is a pita make sure u have high levels.

If you need to be level 110 to beat this guy trade your game in, I beat him with edge at lvl 48 and he didn't even KO one character I never even got into the red with edge. Just set up critical hit to max and no guard to max then chain him 5 times with your best skills, and he'll die in about 4 mins. Power leveling is useless in this game, go back to final fantasy

Yeah well...its a action rpg with more focus on the action. Any game that obviously facors the fighting in more then the rpg element is obviously easier if youre a gamer in the sense of doing more then pushing a button for a few commands. But then everything, everything has its weaknesses I suppose...but yeah, if youre quick, good enough, and know wtf youre doing, you dont need to level all that much lol.

i'm level 110 and not even here yet. i recomend you get you gadge all blue (finish with critical hit) and train the hell out of them. Synthasizing helps to because you can make your wepons give you more exp. i get a 900% exp boost so long as i keep my gadge full blue

Actually no lol, I fought for most of the game and found the only time I needed to level at all was when I fought Satanail, and that was mainly because he practically KO'ed everyone in one attack too quickly, in the second half of his fight after you destroy the orbs, before I could revive them -.-. And that was only around level 60ish =P.

Attacks that cover most if not all of the battlefield are LAME.

You can get a Dazzle Series 100 or 170 at Best Buy for 60~100$ If you don't have an HDTV though you'll also need to get a VDA or 3 Y (2 female 1 male) A/V Splitters. VDA is 50$ Splitters are 10~15$ a piece. Once you get all of that just hook it up turn on ur pc and hit record. If you don't know how to hook it up just search it on google.

hes using a recording setup lol. Theres no way he could set up the tv to fit the lens that perfectly and still get an awesome pic and sound, especially since its like...right in front. People use lots of recording software.

I beat this boss few hours ago and all I did was spam great AoE spells (Lymle's explosion, arumat's crazy combo, Bacchus's Black Hole, Myurie's Thunder flare, etc) lol So much Aoe, that whenever new spawns came out, 2 secs the field was cleaned with only the shielded group and the boss lol
